B. PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
Within the scope of organization, congress, event, media, and travel services carried out by Altus; personal data belonging to suppliers, subcontractors, sub-employers, and business partners and their employees are processed.
The categories of data that may be processed are as follows:
- Identity Data: Name, surname, T.R. identity number, date of birth, signature.
- Contact Data: Telephone, e-mail, address information.
- Financial Data: IBAN, bank account information, invoice data, tax number.
- Professional Information: Company name, job description, authorization documents.
- Physical Space Security Data: Camera recordings, vehicle license plate information, visitor records.
- Visual and Auditory Records: Audio, image, and video recordings taken during congress, event, or broadcasting services.
- Legal Transaction Data: Information that can be used in litigation and enforcement files in case of a dispute.
Purposes of Processing:
- Execution of goods and services procurement processes,
- Provision of organization, congress, and media services,
- Management of ticketing, reservation, and accommodation processes,
- Execution of finance and accounting processes, filing of tax returns,
- Execution of supply chain and logistics processes,
- Establishment, performance, and storage of contract processes,
- Providing information to authorized institutions and organizations as required by legislation,
- Ensuring visitor entry-exit and building security,
- Follow-up of possible legal disputes.
C. METHODS OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL REASONS
Your personal data is collected through;
- Contracts and Official Documents: Supply and service contracts, delivery notes, invoices, proposal forms, order documents.
- Electronic Communication: E-mail correspondence, phone calls, SMS, online reservation and ticketing systems.
- Physical Documents and Face-to-Face Meetings: Meetings, congress registration forms, delivery-receipt records.
- Company Systems: Accounting software, customer-supplier relationship management programs, recording systems.
- Physical Space Records: Visitor logbooks, license plate recognition systems, security cameras.
- Administrative and Judicial Correspondence: Information requests and correspondence from official authorities.
Legal Reasons:
- Being necessary for the establishment and performance of a contract (KVKK art.5/2-c),
- Fulfillment of legal obligations (KVKK art.5/2-ç),
- Legitimate interests (KVKK art.5/2-f),
- Being explicitly stipulated in the laws (KVKK art.5/2-a),
- Being mandatory for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right (KVKK art.5/2-e).
D. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data may be transferred, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, to;
- Authorized Public Institutions and Organizations: Tax offices, SSI (Social Security Institution), courts, law enforcement agencies.
- Financial Advisors and Auditors: For the purpose of carrying out tax and accounting transactions.
- Business Partners and Subcontractors: For organization, congress, technical installation, and broadcasting services.
- Hotel and Travel Companies: For carrying out the flight ticket, accommodation, and transfer transactions of the participants.
- Lawyers and Law Firms: For the resolution of legal disputes.
Data transfer to hotel, airline, or international reservation systems used in congress and travel services may be carried out without seeking explicit consent, as it is necessary for the performance of the contract pursuant to KVKK art.9/2(b).
E. YOUR RIGHTS AS A PERSONAL DATA OWNER
Within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request its correction or deletion, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred, to object to automated processing, and to demand compensation for damages.

You may submit your requests, in accordance with the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller”;

Applications will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest. In case of additional costs, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged.
