CLARIFICATION TEXT ON SECURITY CAMERAS

Dear Visitors and Employees,

As Altus Organizasyon Tanıtım Turizm Oto. Kiralama Hiz. A.Ş. (“the Company”), we conduct 24/7 video recording with security cameras in the entrance-exit areas, corridors, parking lot, entrances to meeting rooms, common areas, garden and building surroundings, and reception areas of our administrative building. These recordings are monitored only by the security unit and a limited number of authorized personnel.

Your personal data is processed automatically based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“LPPD”):

  • “It is necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation” and
  • “Data processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.”

Retention Period: Camera recordings are stored for a period of 2 months, and expired recordings are automatically deleted.

Transfer: This data may be shared only with judicial authorities and law enforcement agencies for the resolution of legal disputes or upon request as required by relevant legislation.

  • Request correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
  • Request its deletion or destruction if the reasons for its processing no longer exist,
  • Request that the actions taken be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
  • Object to the emergence of a result against you through analysis exclusively by automated systems,
  • Demand compensation for damages if you suffer damage.

As a data subject, you can submit your requests in accordance with the provisions of the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller”:
