- Criminal Record and Compliance Data: Criminal convictions, security checks, and permissions/documents required by legislation.
- Disability and Health Data (if necessary): Documents related to conditions affecting work capability.

- Planning and executing human resources processes,
- Managing job candidate selection, placement, interview, and evaluation processes,
- Assessing recruitment eligibility and professional experience,
- Creating a candidate pool for subcontractor or project-based assignments,
- Ensuring working conditions are in compliance with legislation,
- Ensuring information security processes and internal company safety,
C. METHODS AND LEGAL GROUNDS FOR COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data may be obtained through;
- Resumes, emails, and applications sent through job posting platforms during job applications,
- Interviews, face-to-face meetings, phone calls, exams,
- Application forms or physical documents requested by our Company or other communication methods.
Your data are processed based on the legal grounds under Article 5 of the PDPL;
- Establishment and proper execution of an employment contract,
- Fulfillment of the data controller’s legal obligations,
- Protection of our legitimate interests,
D. RECIPIENTS AND PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA TRANSFER
Your personal data may, within the scope of Articles 8 and 9 of the PDPL, be transferred to;
- Business partners and subcontractors for evaluation of recruitment processes,
- Relevant public institutions and organizations for work permits, social security notifications, and regulatory obligations,
- Within the Company, only the Human Resources unit during recruitment processes,
for the stated purposes.
Your data are not sold to third parties and are not used for commercial purposes.
E. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
Within the scope of Article 11 of the PDPL;
- Learn whether your personal data are processed,
- Request information if your data are processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether your data are used in accordance with this purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
- Request correction in case of incomplete or inaccurate processing,
- Request deletion or destruction if the reasons requiring processing no longer exist,
- Request notification of these actions to third parties to whom the data are transferred,
- Object to outcomes against you arising solely from automatic processing,
- Request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing under PDPL,

As a data subject, you can submit your requests in accordance with the “Communiqué on the Procedure and Principles of Application to the Data Controller”;
