Organised by Altus Arts & Culture,  APF is welcoming Russian pianist Arcadi Volodos at Ankara Piano Festival on Oct 28th, 2015.

Referred to as the “Keyboard Genius” by authorities, Volodos is one of today's most outstanding and internationally interesting pianists. Whether in concert or on CD, his playing is always marked by a combination of breathtaking technical virtuosity and profound and expressive musicality. He caused a big sensation with his 1997 dated first CD which was awarded several prizes such as the Gramophone Editor's Choice and Preis der deutschen Schallplattenkritik and received outstanding reviews. In 2007, he won Gramophone, Diapason D’ Or and 2007 ECHO-Klassik awards for his CD Volodos play Liszt. Arcadi Volodos always touches the audience and receives huge appreciation internationally with his unlimited virtuosity along with his unique sense of timing and color.
